Terms of Service

1. Access to the Service

Access to Aura Bionics, including waitlist registration and beta features, is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Aura Bionics reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, security risks, or violations of these Terms are identified.

2. Use of the Service

Aura Bionics provides AI-assisted wellness insights designed to support personal awareness and lifestyle reflection only. All outputs are informational and should not be relied upon as professional or clinical guidance.

3. Inner Circle & User Content

Users may share messages and wellness content within Inner Circle features. This content is stored securely and is not shared outside the user's designated connections.

With user consent, general wellness signals may be shared with Inner Circle connections through the Harmony Engine feature. No conversation content is shared.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Bionics Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and system logic associated with Aura Bionics are the exclusive property of Aura Bionics Inc. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

6. Eligibility

Aura Bionics is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). The Service is not designed for use by minors. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the platform from which the application was downloaded. Aura Bionics does not store payment information.

8. Third-Party Links

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. Aura Bionics Inc. is not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by third parties.

9. Termination

Users may stop using the Service at any time. Aura Bionics may suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms, misuses the Service, or creates security or legal risk. Upon termination, relevant provisions of these Terms (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) survive.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting info@aurabionics.com. If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
